• Waist — around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel
• Hip — around the fullest part of your seat, feet together
• Inseam — from the crotch seam down to where you want the hem to fall
• Sleeve — from the center back of your neck, over the shoulder, to the wrist

To spot clean, use a drop of detergent (without bleach or bleach alternative) in water and be careful not to rub. Rinse with cool or lukewarm water, pat dry with a towel, and air dry away from the sun.
